I offer several types of consultations – Homeopathy, Nutrition including a GAPS protocol and Bach flower.
Homeopathy:
Your initial appointment usually lasts about 1.5 – 2 hours. This time is needed to review your complete medical history. We will discuss your physical, mental and emotional symptoms in detail. Please bring any tests you may have. At the end of the session you will be given your homeopathic remedy and a nutritional strategy (if desired).
Follow-ups will be scheduled and will usually be 3-4 weeks apart, depending on your condition and needs. Regular follow-ups are needed to ensure success and optimum results.

Initial consult – 90 – 120 minutes @ $190 + HST = $214.70
Follow up – 30 – 45 minutes @ $75 + HST = $84.75

GAPS Nutrition Protocol Package:
Your initial appointment is broken down into two appointments. The first usually lasts approximately 1 hour. I will review your symptoms and provide you with a consultation report outlining my recommendations and provide you with implementation strategies for each stages of the GAPS programme, with specific instructions and recipes. This will be your working document as you implement the GPAS protocol. I will review this this with you at your second appointment usually 1-2 weeks after the first appointment. This package include 4 follow-ups that will be scheduled between 2-4 weeks apart, depending on your condition and needs. Regular follow-ups are needed to ensure success and optimum results. When you purchase the GAPS package, you will receive 2 free followups!

Bach Flower Consultation:
Your Bach flower consultation will take approximately 40-50 minutes and together we will discuss remedies for your emotional well-being. The Bach Flower Remedies can heal emotional imbalances, such as anger, stress, anxiety, trauma, depression, children’s nightmares, separation anxiety, adjustment issues, bullying, lack of self-esteem, and everything in between. The Remedies can also help take you through major transitions such as divorce, death, homesickness, menopause, new schools, and the teenage years. Accepted payment types: Cash, Visa, cheque, Paypal, and e-transfer. Fees must be paid at the time of your visit.
Cancellation policy: Your appointment time has been reserved especially for you. If you miss or cancel an appointment without giving 24 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of the visit fee.
Note: Although it is preferred to meet in-person, it is not necessary as homeopathy and nutrition is symptom based. I have patients from all over the world which I meet over Zoom.
